The Loft

The Loft Room caters for our younger children aged between 3 months and 2 1/2 years. There are 9 children at any one time with 3 members of staff. The children are introduced to the Montessori philosophy and some of the early equipment.

The children’s main focus and interest at this stage is physical development, and communication and language.The activities and materials in the room reflect this, with features such as the ramp and stairs, and messy play areas.
